the hotel was located in the centre of the city. moreover, the area was secure.

The rooms were brand-new and functional with bathrobes, just what we needed. The location was magnificent and amazing, specially it was next to a bus station which was useful...

Facilities were really good, even so Wi-Fi was very poor.

The place had a super comfy and convenient location down a cozy alley behind a tall building, right by a central square, with excellent restaurants and bars nearby.

The courtyard outside was quite noisy, making it difficult to sleep with the window open. The air conditioner blew directly onto the bed, which was a bit uncomfortable.

Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, always going the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms were modern in design, with all the essentials you could need, including a comfy bed and a well-stocked mini bar. Lastly, the breakfast menu, although not included, offered a wide variety of options to choose from, making each morning a delicious start to the day.

No negatives to mention - everything was perfect!

The Crystal Hotel in Kyiv was magnificent! Beautiful decor, friendly and helpful staff, and immaculately clean rooms. The hotel provided complementary coffee and the air conditioner was amazing during the hot weather. The location was perfect, within walking distance of all the tourist attractions. We will definitely return to this hotel!
